This policy outlines our booking, cancellation, and waitlist procedures for all services. 1️⃣ Booking Policy ✅ Scheduling Appointments: Customers can book services through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. A confirmation will be sent upon booking. ✅ Deposit Requirement: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the final service cost. ✅ Service Confirmation: Customers will receive a reminder 48 hours before their scheduled appointment via phone, email, or SMS. ✅ Property Access: Customers must ensure access to the property for scheduled services.
