Halo Roofing Solutions – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 📅 Effective Date: 03/03/2025 At Halo Roofing Solutions, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality service while ensuring fair scheduling for all customers. This policy outlines our booking, cancellation, and waitlist procedures for all services. 1️⃣ Booking Policy ✅ Scheduling Appointments: Customers can book services through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. A confirmation will be sent upon booking. ✅ Deposit Requirement: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the final service cost. ✅ Service Confirmation: Customers will receive a reminder 48 hours before their scheduled appointment via phone, email, or SMS. ✅ Property Access: Customers must ensure access to the property for scheduled services. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🔹 Standard Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. 🔹 Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost. 🔹 Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If a customer cancels on the same day or is not present for the appointment, a 50% fee may be charged. 🔹 Severe Weather or Emergencies: If extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies occur, we will reschedule services at no additional cost. 3️⃣ Waitlist Policy 📌 Joining the Waitlist: If no immediate appointments are available, customers can join the waitlist. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 📌 Priority Scheduling: Customers on maintenance plans (Halo Shield, Guardian, Sentinel, Apex) receive priority for rescheduled openings. 📌 Notification Process: Customers on the waitlist will be contacted if an earlier time slot becomes available.
