This policy outlines our booking, cancellation, and waitlist procedures for all services. 1️⃣ Booking Policy ✅ Scheduling Appointments: Customers can book services through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. A confirmation will be sent upon booking. ✅ Deposit Requirement: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the final service cost. ✅ Service Confirmation: Customers will receive a reminder 48 hours before their scheduled appointment via phone, email, or SMS. ✅ Property Access: Customers must ensure access to the property for scheduled services. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🔹 Standard Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. 🔹 Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost. 🔹 Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If a customer cancels on the same day or is not present for the appointment, a 50% fee may be charged. 🔹 Severe Weather or Emergencies: If extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies occur, we will reschedule services at no additional cost. 3️⃣ Waitlist Policy 📌 Joining the Waitlist: If no immediate appointments are available, customers can join the waitlist.
